Profile preferences: Your preferred session length, reminder settings, and favorites are stored to personalize your experience.

App usage data: We log completed sessions, comfort ratings, progress history, and Find My Pain assessments you choose to save. This data is linked to your account and used to display your progress.

Device and diagnostic data: We may collect basic device type, app version, and crash reports to improve performance and stability.

We use your information to:

Your account information is stored securely. You can update your name and email in the Profile section of the app. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data.

Session results, comfort ratings, pain assessments, and favorites are stored on secure servers and linked to your account. This data is visible only to you and is used to display your progress and personalize recommendations. We do not sell your usage data.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe handles all payment transactions securely. We retain your subscription status and billing period to manage your access. For billing inquiries, you can manage your subscription from Profile → Membership or contact us at carasnaturals@gmail.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard security practices. Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured servers. While no system is perfectly secure, we work to protect your information and regularly review our security practices.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records related to payments).

JSM Reset is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
