JSM Reset is an educational wellness application that provides guided, self-directed resisted stretching routines, anatomy reference content, and related movement education. The app is designed to support general mobility, flexibility, posture awareness, and everyday muscular comfort.

Not medical advice or treatment: JSM Reset does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, injury, or disease. The content provided is general educational information only and is not a substitute for professional medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

You are responsible for your own safety while using JSM Reset. You agree to use the app only as an educational tool and to work gently within a comfortable range of motion. Before beginning any new movement or exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or concern.

Stop and seek care: Stop any exercise immediately and seek appropriate professional care if you experience sharp or worsening pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, unusual weakness, or any other concerning symptom during or after using the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app.

Membership plans: JSM Reset offers a recurring monthly membership at CA$9.99 per month and an annual membership at CA$49.99 per year. Payment is required at checkout to activate your membership.

Partner referral access: Clients referred by a JSM Reset practitioner partner may receive a time-limited introductory access period as determined by the partner program. This is separate from the standard membership and does not require payment during the introductory period. After the introductory period ends, membership is required to continue full access.

Automatic renewal: Your membership automatically renews each month (or each year for annual plans) until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged the applicable fee on the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account's subscription management (Profile → Membership → Manage Subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe handles all payment transactions securely. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the membership fees described in these Terms.

If you believe you have been charged in error, or have a billing concern, please contact us at carasnaturals@gmail.com. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of your payment provider (Stripe and Apple/Google where relevant). We do not promise refunds beyond what is required by applicable law or payment-provider policy.

All content in JSM Reset — including illustrations, graphics, written materials, exercise instructions, educational resources, the JSM Reset™ name, and the Jenner Structural Method™ brand — is owned by JSM Reset and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Prohibited uses: You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, resell, or use any JSM Reset content for unauthorized commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Third-party assets, where used, remain the property of their respective owners.

JSM Reset is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JSM Reset and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any content provided through it, including but not limited to injuries or health outcomes resulting from performing any movement or exercise described in the app.

You acknowledge that you use the app voluntarily and at your own risk, and that any movement or exercise carries inherent risk.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features, content, or the app itself at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
